Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Connector or using the OneGuy platform (oneguy.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Is a Connector

A Connector is an individual who introduces a business or person with a genuine requirement for digital services to OneGuy. A Connector is not an employee, agent, or representative of OneGuy.

3. Referral Rules

• You may only refer individuals or businesses who are aware that you intend to introduce them to OneGuy.
• Submitting contact information without the knowledge of the person is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Self-referrals (where the Connector is also the client) are flagged and require admin approval.
• Duplicate referrals (same client referred by multiple Connectors) are resolved on a first-verified-wins basis within the ownership period.
• The ownership period is 90 days from the date of the first verified referral, unless otherwise specified.

4. Connector Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and honest information about the client and their requirement.
• Only refer clients who have given consent to be introduced.
• Not misrepresent OneGuy's services or make promises about deliverables or timelines.
• Not accept money from clients in exchange for the referral.
• Maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared by OneGuy.

5. Rewards

Referral rewards are paid only when a project successfully closes and payment is received by OneGuy. Rewards are subject to the reward policy applicable at the time the deal is marked as won. OneGuy reserves the right to modify reward slabs at any time. Rewards are not guaranteed and are at OneGuy's sole discretion.

6. No Employment or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or sales representative relationship between you and OneGuy. You have no authority to bind OneGuy to any agreement or obligation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting fake, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals.
• Referring clients who have not consented to the introduction.
• Harassing or pressuring clients in connection with a referral.
• Manipulating the platform to gain unfair advantages.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine referrals.

8. Account Suspension

OneGuy may suspend or permanently disable a Connector's account for violating these Terms, submitting invalid referrals, engaging in fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to clients, OneGuy, or other Connectors.

9. Limitation of Liability

OneGuy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. OneGuy does not guarantee that any referral will result in a closed project or reward.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

OneGuy may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
